If your property’s back fence faces a main road such as Steilacoom Boulevard or Dutterow Road, it is your responsibility as the homeowner to maintain the fence and ensure it remains secure.
A well-maintained fence not only protects your property but also contributes to the safety, appearance, and overall value of our community. Damaged or weakened fences can pose security risks, allow unwanted access, and create a poor visual impression along our main roadways.
Please take a moment to inspect the following aspects of your back fence:
- Loose or missing boards or panels
- Rotting wood or rusted hardware
- Leaning or unstable sections
- Gaps or holes that could allow entry
- Areas of overgrowth or weeds
We urge you to promptly address any necessary repairs to ensure the safety, security, and aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood.
Thank you for doing your part to keep our community strong and well-maintained.
Our team of volunteers are committed to helping the community. We are always looking for new volunteers.
