Updates
A new development has been approved on the corner of Duterrow and Martin Way.
Egress will be one way out (north) on to Martin Way and a right or left turn directly across from Northwood.
A traffic study was conducted, where it was determined no additional traffic signals were required to assist MACA neighbors in exiting our community from Northwood. The Board is pursuing a public records request to review how this conclusion was reached.
