2026 Yearly HOA dues

The base rate for 2026 is $154. Since it is now March, the updated rate is $155.54. If you pay online, the system applies a 3.25% processing fee plus a $0.30 transaction charge, bringing the total cost in February to $160.90.

Any overpayment is considered a donation to the HOA and used at the board's discretion, including but not limited to community help.
