2025 Yearly HOA dues

The base rate for 2025 is $147 however, now that it is April, the new total will be $148.47 (late fees) plus the online fee of 2.3% +$.30 ($152.18) if you are paying through the website.

Any overpayment is considered a donation to the HOA and used at the board's discretion, including but not limited to community help.
